Jade Dumpling & Noodle House - Eugene's Best Dim Sum and Noodle Spot

Genuinely pleased with this restaurant! The food is incredible and authentic. The noodles and dumplings were cooked well. If you can handle real spice, I highly recommend their spicy cold chicken. They were open on Christmas Day and although they had many customers, the waitress was able to keep her cool and stay friendly!

Pretty nice experience at this restaurant. I didn't know right off the bat what exactly I wanted, but they helped me decide. It doesn't seem like much from the outside. I love dim sum, so I had to stop by. I was shocked at how cheap their Dan Dan noodles were ($6.99), so I definitely added that to my list, and oh my god. The noodles are so fresh, have a bounce to them, the pork was generous, and the spice levels were just right. I wasn't intending to get them, but they were amazing. I also got the steamed chicken dumplings. They were also very fresh, and it came with hot oil, and it went perfectly with the dumplings. It didn't take too long for my order to be ready, and they were very nice. They gave me some water for free, which I didn't ask for, but I'm happy they offered as it was hot out and I had a long drive ahead of me. Definitely recommend coming here.

This food is so good I am tempted to move to Eugene so I can eat here all the time lol! Mapo Tofu is so silky, so saucy and delicious. Cumin beef is so tender, so rich and umami and so fiery hot without hurting your mouth. Service is efficient and friendly and food is absolutely heartbreakingly beautifully delicious you will want to call it DADDY

Great experience! 1st time went with my niece and nephew and they absolutely loved it! Great food, Great prices. Authentic. Plan to wait a little bit. Always busy which adds to the environment.

Jade Dumplings is a must when we’re in town! The dumplings are always fresh and absolutely delicious. The service is friendly and welcoming, and the cozy vibe makes it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. We swing by every time we’re nearby—so good, every single visit!

This place is a hidden gem in Eugene. Everything tastes homemade and you can tell it’s made from scratch. It honestly reminded me of the kind of dumpling spots you’d find in a bigger city, authentic and full of flavor. The prices are really reasonable for the quality and the food is absolutely delicious. One of my new favorite lunch spots for sure. I had the beef noodle soup and the soup dumplings and both were amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I was very happy to have found this place. I found many vegetarian options and tried several of them. They were all very good. The tomato & egg noodle dish was exceptionally good. We also liked the fried bun. This place used great ingredients and the flavor of the food was exceptional.

An Oasis of authentic Chinese food in the Pacific Northwest. They offer Wonderful Food with an extensive menu & Friendly Attentive Service. Be prepared to Share, as the Chinese do. The Taste is Real and the Portions are Huge. Maybe not the best place for a 1st date, but your loved one deserves a date night here. In fact bring the whole family if you want! Can't wait to return.
